First time visiting this salon and I would never recommend to anyone. Booked an appointment, went in the morning to be told the staff is not qualified to do what I wanted. The booking did not specify what can or can't be done. I was 10 minutes late but the staff refused to see me as it was not enough time and still got charged for the full fee. Paid £45 for nothing but to be treated terribly.
