I recently visited this venue and was impressed with its cleanliness and the excellent quality of the manicure services. However, I felt a bit out of place as there were many conversations in a language I didn't understand. Perhaps encouraging more inclusive communication in the salon could help all customers feel more comfortable and engaged during their visit.
