Sad as I've been growing out my hair for ages, Sean decided he knew best rather than letting me explain. I was put in a chair covered in someone else's hair to wait while Sean rushed between me and 3 other clients at the same time. He cut it so short and layered even though I specifically said I didn't want short layers. He bad mouthed previous clients and did not make me feel like a valued customer. Unfortunately I will not be returning

I mean if I could have clicked all the options of what was great I would have. This is the second time I have had my hair cut by Ella, and I am so glad I took the leap of faith the first time. She’s AMAZING. So friendly, listens to what you want, and my hair has never been in such good condition. I won’t be going anywhere else. The vibe in the salon is lovely and relaxed and so welcoming. I feel like I’m visiting friends. Thankyou so much.
