New member of team, issue with wax temperature which could have been organised prior to my arrival but very accommodating staff who were very friendly and reassuring! Will come back
Ladies' Arm & Underarm Waxing
The hairdresser coloured my hair nicely but added layers to the cut which I specifically said I didn’t want!! It’s weird because she clearly asked me, it wasn’t any kind of miscommunication. I didn’t notice till after I got home as she curled it before she showed me. It looked great when I left the salon but I was angry when I got home as it really doesn’t look that good straight with the layers- it looks straggly and a bit 90s. Disappointed by this.
