I asked the Beautician Joanna to do my Brows A Certain Way But They Didnt Look Like I Wanted Them. She Blamed It On The Brown Tint But I Am Not Sure If My Brows Will Have High Enough An Arcg. I Will Ask For A Different Beautician The Next Time.
