Staff were all lovely, and went out of their way to accommodate me when my bus ran late - special thanks to boyd and joanna for that. The salon looks great and the atmosphere definitely makes you feel like you're treating yourself. Joanna was excellent and I don't think my brows have ever looked better. I took one star off for the leg wax because the wax is applied with a roll on gadget which was quite painful, and the actual leg waxing was the most painful I've ever had.
