I was not happy that I had specifically booked with Alana as I had read good reviews about her (and I was going for a very different style). On arrival I was told that she was unavailable - I assumed something unforeseen had happened. On checking my email later I saw that I had been emailed 10 minutes before my appointment (which I obviously hadn't seen that close to the appt) to say that I was being moved to someone else. I did not get the style I was after,and they have not replied to my email

I can honestly say I will not set foot in another hairdressers again! Alana was absolutely fab and I love my new hair. I got a full head of highlights and she was quick, effective, and was full of great chats. Sam gave her a hand and she was just as amazing! I couldn't recommend Alana and Sam enough.

Hi can I just say a big thank you to Emily for my treatment. I have had lots of keratin treatments over the last couple of years and this is by far the best. My hair feels and looks great! Emily was so professional and also so lovely. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back. Thanks you Fiona x
