Lovely lady and good cut, only thing I can mention is my fringe was still a bit too long even after asking it to be shortened once. But other than that all good!

I was not happy that I had specifically booked with Alana as I had read good reviews about her (and I was going for a very different style). On arrival I was told that she was unavailable - I assumed something unforeseen had happened. On checking my email later I saw that I had been emailed 10 minutes before my appointment (which I obviously hadn't seen that close to the appt) to say that I was being moved to someone else. I did not get the style I was after,and they have not replied to my email
