This is the first time I've gone here, and hopefully the last. I've never been made to feel so uncomfortable and self-conscious during an appointment. It was meant so be 45 mins-1hr, it lasted barely 30 minutes, and I would have left far quicker had I not already paid. I was the last appointment of the day, and someone was obviously very keen to get home. The resulting haircut was adequate, but was clumsily done and uncomfortable. Its not particularly nice feeling like a rushed afterthought.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Alexandra was lovely, so happy with my haircut and she she was fast too! Definitely going back:)
