I was delighted with my eyebrow, chin and lip was, it was very nice when Sabi massaged cream into the waxed areas at the end, a nice way to finish off and helped reduce the redness. I'd definitely go back.

I have booked a last minute appointment at a salon that I've previously visited about a year ago. The hairdresser seemed very disenganged and disinterested but as she sat me down she started getting snappy and making me anxious. The hairdresser insisted a simple cut I wanted was not the right thing to do, and came up with at least three reasons why she can't do it. I was anxious and shocked by her attitude so I left the salon, and the salon refused a refund for the service I did not receive.
