Had a great night away with 2 treatments included in the price. The hotel was amazing - can't believe all that we got for our money and how lovely the place was and how brilliant all the staff were. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and am hoping to go again I'm the summer myself!

Enjoyable experience overall. Spa treatments which included use of the wonderful Elemis brand most pleasant and my partner and I would certainly consider using this facility again in the future. Staff very attentive and service was very good. We like to make use of the pool and hot tub, unfortunately the jacuzzi was incorporated in the pool, therefore was not hot, only chilly pool temperature so we headed straight to the sauna to warm up. The hotel had ongoing IT problems which meant our account was incorrect at time of check-out but that was rectified smoothly and promptly,

Great service from everybody. Really friendly place. The upgraded suite room was lovely and clean. Evening meals were excellent, food and ambiance couldn't be faulted. The one gripe, my masseuse couldn't stop sniffing through the massage.

We really enjoyed a relaxing weekend, the staff and room were great. We were a little disappointed by the swimming pool which was not as clean as we would have liked. The jacuzzi was not heated above that of the swimming pool so it got a bit chilly. Also there were not many seats to relax in by the pool. The food was excellent and good value for money when you get the spa package deal. We really enjoyed our treatments.

I attended with my partner and we were very impressed with the whole package.
The pool was a bit noisy with children but that did not detract from the generally extremely high standards and professional service received
We will be going back.

I did the two night rebalance and recharge spa break with my sister for her birthday. The feel of the hotel is lovely, quite luxurious upon first impression. We stayed in room one, the rooms seem to be all separate from the main building which is quite nice, except on a rainy weekend you have to get wet just to get to breakfast/spa/dinner/reception which is annoying. At dinner on the first night, service was really slow, but the restaurant was less than half full. But the food is beautiful so you could argue that it was worth the wait! The next morning, my sister and I had booked the same 30min treatment, the lime and ginger salt glow. When talking about it afterwards, we both had quite different experiences. For example, my therapist did a "welcome touch" to the feet, she used the foil blankets to wrap me up and she also did a mini scalp massage whilst the salt glow rested on my skin. Sadly, my sister didn't get to enjoy any of these elements, which surprised me since they were the same treatments at the same time. After this we went for breakfast at the Scottish Steak Club. We both ordered the signature breakfast, which was a little disappointing and didn't look particularly 'signature' to me; one small sausage, one rasher of bacon, half a tomato, a handful of mushrooms and one slice of black pudding. It sounds like lots but it was very small, maybe it was the size of the plate that made it seem small. Anyway, we went to supplement our cooked breakfast with some fruit from the buffet but it was all empty! However, again the food that we did have was tasty, just could have been more of it! We also witnessed a conversation among the waiting staff, about one of the waiters eating food off one of the plates that he had cleared from the table. Now, I'm not one to judge, the guy was obviously hungry, but the conversation between 3 or 4 members of staff in the doorway of the kitchen and out on the restaurant floor was really unprofessional. At lunch, service was super slow again. We ordered from the light menu, they give you lots of sandwiches which is great if you're a piggy like me! For after, I ordered a plain fruit salad, but when it arrived it had meringue and ice cream on top. Now you're probably thinking 'Bonus!' But I have a severe allergy to egg so I spoke to the waitress who apologised for the mistake and sent it back to the kitchen. There is a hatch through which you can see the staff if you're sat in the right place, the kitchen staff made it quite obvious from the roll of his eyes that I'd inconvenienced him (Rude!) anyway. The fruit salad eventually came back and it was clear from the meringue dust around the bowl that he'd just tipped the old stuff out of the bowl and refilled it with new salad. Excuse my capitals to follow but THIS IS DANGEROUS TO THOSE WITH ALLERGIES! Not to mention bloody lazy! By this time, we needed to leave to get to our next treatment so my sister took the fruit salad back and explained the situation. The waitress was really apologetic and did invite us back later for complimentary tea and coffee so that was nice of her. Our next treatments were great, a face and body sensation and a full body massage. Couldn't recommend the face and body one highly enough! Dinner on the second night was awesome, service was efficient, food was beautiful! We ordered room service for breakfast the next morning and again the signature breakfast just let the whole thing down. No black pudding, no potato scone and you can't order beans when eating breakfast through room service! It was just the one small sausage, one piece of bacon, half tomato and handful mushrooms. Overall, I would say that I would definitely go back, the whole experience was amazing, there just needs to be some little tweaks made to ensure that hotel residents get a truly relaxing experience. These things are all really easy to fix, go on Elmers Court, you can do it!

The spa was very enjoyable, the treatment was amazing and the staff we're lovely. The quality of the afternoon tea was a little disappointing though, as was the ambience and decor in the steak house restaurant where we had it. Would definitely return for the spa but probably wouldn't bother with the afternoon tea.

Spa treatments were fantastic and sophie did a perfect pedicure on my daughter. We did however find the relaxation room quite cold and we kept being disturbed by staff getting water. The pool was also bordering on the cold. The lady working in the steak club was very friendly and it was the warmest place in the building other than the sauna!

The location was lovely, when walking through the grounds it was picturesque with the manicured hedges and the view of the harbour at the end.
Our room was quaint and pleasant but in need of a little updating, other than that I have no faults to report. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was lovely and defenatly value for money. I would come again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend, however service in Tudor Bar & the restaurant was appalling on the Friday night , somewhat better on the Saturday. It appeared that there was an overall shortage of staff especially on Friday. The food was of a high standard and enjoyable, although as the menu was the same for both nights the choice was limited.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, relaxing spa, nice food (earlier for breakfast the better though). Only thing was that the pool is used by all so lots of kids there during summer holidays.
