Beautiful salon, great staff. However, the nails could've been better taken care of, as they left a massive gap between skin and nail, I believe because she didnt want to waste time cleaning the edges. So I left the place with beautiful nails looking a week old.

I had a haircut with Clive, who was lovely and funny and chatty but not overbearing - exactly what I needed after a long day. The salon was relaxed and the staff are obviously friends, which creates a nice atmosphere. It was laidback rather than uber-slick and polished, but I prefer that kind of vibe personally - I get a bit nervous in really fancy hairdressers.
My haircut itself was great: Clive really listened to my instructions and talked through what I wanted beforehand, so I felt like I was in safe hands.

There is one great therapist here for nails. but the others have been poor or indifferent - sadly there is no option when booking here to select which therapist, so same problem even when I'd taken the trouble to find out which days Laura works - but some salons do have this, so a bit frustrating
