I was called 10 mns before my appointment to tell me that they were double booked therefore they will have to see me half an hour later. I wasn't very happy with this so as i was thinking about what to do she pretty much hang up on me without knowing what my decision was. I had to call back saying i wanted to go ahead with the appointment. I wish i hadn't as the shellac was really badly done. I had to ask the lady to re-do it as it wasn't straight along the cuticles so she applied a third layer!! that was 10 mns into the appointment by the way (which is meant to last 45 mns) I barely had a cuticle trim... I then paid and by the time i was putting my card away the woman at reception had left the room, no one said good bye. Terrible service and bad experience for 30 quids - definitely not recommending this one and never going there again.

Perfect blow dry, exactly as I asked for and my hair looked perfect for my first date straight after! Thank you to Alana for bring an absolute star and not being mad Because I was ten minutes late to her final Friday appointment as I'd somehow gone to the wrong salon round the corner for 7pm... and if she happens to see this - the date was good, but probably not the one for me! I'll be back to the salon again soon. L
