Fantastic facial! First time visit to this salon and wanted to try a different brand of facial. Highly skilled and professional therapist who talked me through what she was doing and why (I like to know as my skin is quite sensitive). Steam and extraction was surprisingly gentle yet incredibly effective. Overall - great experience.
Lovely treatment, lovely staff. Upon arrival there was some confusion as to what I had booked - they thought it was a facial. When they found out I had booked a full body massage they apologised and said they could offer a back, neck and shoulder massage or a facial. I chose the former and it was lovely. Unsure why there was confusion with regards to the booking, but good experience and great massage. Would go back!

Great experience and great haircut. All the staff were really friendly. The only thing that stopped it from being perfect was no head massage during the hair wash.
