Following a bad experience at another salon (terrible ombre) I desperately needed to find a salon to fix my hair at short notice. I found MacCarthy on Treatwell and they had an appointment that evening, but I didn't know what to book in for (ombre? highlights? colour correction? I was clueless!) So I popped to the salon during my lunch break and explained my predicament - Myra luckily had a few minutes spare when I popped in and was so helpful, so knowledgeable and really filled me with confidence. I was actually scared to go to another salon after the previous bad experience but Myra actually made me feel excited about my appointment with MacCarthy that evening. The salon has a really fun, relaxed atmosphere, full of character and Myra is brilliant - she totally fixed my hair! I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Myra. Thank you MacCarthy and Myra :)
