considering I paid for a director cut I think the result was more a trainee job.... I have just asked to keep the shape of my cut, which is mid lenght bob and just get rid of the dry ends. I feel my hair has been chopped rather than cut especially my bangs - they simply shorten them without harmonizing the shape with the rest of the cut. For £55 I can get a better haircut somewhere else.
The blow dry was ok, at least....

Slightly messy salon, not luxurious but one of the best hair cuts I've had. Staff were nice, I had a different stylist to that named on my confirmation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful as my booking had not actually been confirmed but they sorted me out an appointment then and there. I felt well looked after and there was good attention to detail and styling.
