When I go to the hairdressers I hope to be treated with a special service, but customer service was lazy and indiscrete at this salon. I only went in for a wash, cut and blow dry and the cut was adequate but the blow dry was not my style at all - clearly as I had entered the salon with straight hair and was given a puffed up blow dry. Very little attention was given to me the customer, and hairdresser was more concerned with what else was going on in the salon.

I had a cut & blow dry with the lovely Darren - even though I am usually nervous about letting someone new loose on my hair , it was the best haircut I have had in a long time , (& good gossip thrown in!) :)
He listened to exactly what I wanted , and made some great suggestions for revitalising my colour which I'm going to take him up on later on... The blow dry / finish was fantastic also - wasnt too "bouffy" & lasted looking good for 4 days!! Fantastic service & a nice salon. x

Really nice upmarket salon and a good cut and blow dry. Stylist gave good advice on what hair length / colour would suit me best. Great that they stay open later and you can go after work as well.

I had a cut & blow dry at the salon & the stylist did a great job - listened to what I wanted (which was just a maintenance cut /style so wanted very little off ) & the blow dry was fantastic - lasted 3 days looking exactly the same as when I left the salon!
Even managed to be in / out during my lunch hour - will definitely be returning
