Far too aggressive when attacking my blackheads - that level of force should not be necessary in my experience. Sales pitch mid way through so not really all that relaxing. Nevertheless, the actual facial was pretty good but quite expensive.

After a bad experience at another salon which left my roots green and my hair a dark brown, Alana immediately set to work fixing it. I was stressing out due to a wedding in the evening but she straight away put me at ease and promised she could fix me. Within the hour I was walking out of the door with the colour I wanted. Cannot thank the salon enough. It is bright, immaculately clean and a lovely environment.
