I had a mixed experience at this salon. I think it really depends on the therapist. One of the therapist was pretty skilled, the other new and really not great. The second time I visited the air con was not working and the room was boiling. Overall, decent place to get waxed, but no consistency between therapists

Not sure of name but the lady who did my Shellac nails was so lovely.
Also the lady at reception was really nice they both asked me if I wanted a drink

I had a different manicurist to last time - this one chose to do a dry manicure, so much more cutting of cuticles than my first visit here, but it was done well, so I haven't had any problems with hangnails.
Generally the manicure has lasted well, two and a half weeks on from when it was done, nine nails are still perfect - just a tiny strip on the side one thumb where the varnish didn't cure properly that I noticed about three days after the manicure,
The manicurist did say to go back if there were any problems, but I was away on holiday - and while I know it's not quite right, I don't think its that noticeable to anyone else.
