Did not have a good first impression! It was the first time I had been and the first time I booked online through Treat Well. There were three staff standing around and no one getting their haircut. Despite this a quite unfriendly lady queried the fact I had made a booking, and made it quite clear my booking was not on their system! No apology or attempt to welcome me at all. When I mentioned my booking through Treat Well all she wanted to know was the price I had been quoted in the site.
Happy with the treatment, and the lovely head massage. I found the time just flew by, as I was able to just sit back and relax.
