Worst waxing experience of my life. As lovely as the lady who did my waxing was, she was not very good and was thrown by things not going as they should. I was taken into a room that was for facials instead of waxing and despite having booked an appointment, nothing was ready so I had to wait around. The beautician proceeded with strip waxing, but wouldn't always pull right so it became quite painful. Halfway through the lycon wax had heated up but then burnt me as she put it on. In the end she said a few hairs were left, but when I looked, it was actually whole strips of hair left. I had to get back to work and didn't want to endure anymore so I left.

Nice venue and the staff was very nice. Wax treatment OK, they are very fast that helps when you have not so much time but with a good result. I recommend this venue.

The stylist fixed my bad hair and made me laugh a lot too... Not a bad end to a busy day at all.

good venue but the eyebrow dye stayed on for a while and was very dark for a few days. looks brilliant now but a bit awkward for the first few days...

Did not have a good first impression! It was the first time I had been and the first time I booked online through Treat Well. There were three staff standing around and no one getting their haircut. Despite this a quite unfriendly lady queried the fact I had made a booking, and made it quite clear my booking was not on their system! No apology or attempt to welcome me at all. When I mentioned my booking through Treat Well all she wanted to know was the price I had been quoted in the site.
