Booked on Tuesday, got a call 45min before the treatment saying they had double booked themselves and asking me to rebook it for the next day. Rebooked it for Wednesday at 12:45pm - got there 5 min before, had to wait until 1:10pm(!) for the treatment.. did not even get an apologies(!).. The treatment was Okay, had to tidy up my cuticles when got home. Overall: not impressed.
