They used basic products from Super drug for the head spa (L'Oréal Elvive). Spotify wasn't paid for, so adverts played in between each song, which was hilarious. They put oil in your hair and then blow dry it - which can cause damage. Delayed by 30m

a really thorough pedicure, just one tiny issue - when I booked they didn't make it clear the pedicure cost extra for gel nail removal and then a bigger issue - I really don't get why they use pumice on the skin on the top of your foot. ouch!
