I showed a photo and explained the style I wanted which was a little reshape and trim - however, it wasn't reshaped and I didn't get the style I wanted. Apparently the offer did not include blow drying, and I headed back to work with my hair stuck out in all directions. It would have been better if she had used a brush on my hair. It wasn't until I had styled my hair that I saw how different the cut was to what I'd asked for. Very disappointed.

I hadn’t had a wax for a while so was worried about the pain but the lady was so efficient and it was the least unpleasant wax I have ever had. The salon is clean and comfortable. I was able to get a fairly last min appointment and I won’t be going anywhere except here for waxes in the future!
