I've had countless dry cuts in other salons as I prefer not to get my hair washed at the salon and get the same straight cut each time. I was told in this case that I could not get more than a 1-2cms off and was (good naturedly) lectured about what I should have booked instead. I came out with my short hair looking no better than when I went in which - totally understanding the limitations of a dry cut - is not what was either sold in the description or I've experienced before.
