I made the boo boo of not booking in for a skin test pre first appointment, totally my mistake. Sarah was so kind and understanding though, despite my potentially costings the salon money. She booked me back in the next day and did a fab job x

Lauren was great and I’m really happy with the results! Price is incredible compared to some of the fancy places in town. Place could do with a little modernising but aside from that great.

Unfortunately a really bad experience
Frizzy blow dry and uneven cut.
Contacted the salon with all the findings and pictures. Treatwell suggested a refund but salon REFUSED to give refund or even a partial one.
Salon insisting I come in even though I explained 5 times I don’t live in the city and it’s really difficult for me to do that.
Now I’ve repaid another salon to fix my wonky hair.
Pleas avoid!
