Lauren (Junior Stylist) gave the best client service for me today! She really took time to understand the end goal and what I wanted my hair to look like. She took time to give me a thorough consultation and checked in with me throughout, and I absolutely love my haircut! She’s super talented especially as a junior :) the whole team really friendly
