Lauren did such a lovely blow dry for me that lasted days, She really takes time to listen to what you want and is so friendly. For some reason there’s no longer an option to book with her for a blow dry on this app?

A disappointing experience. My haircut was ok, but the appointment started off on the wrong foot as Steven looked as if I I just walked in, asked me what I had paid for and said the amount was for a trim rather than a full haircut (I have short hair so a trim is all I really need). I obviously paid the amount given by Treatwell for the full haircut & blow-dry treatment so I should have not received any less of a treatment, but the whole experience was rushed and I didn’t feel very comfortable.
