The member of staff was very friendly and engaging, she was keen to give me to haircut which I wanted. However, the beard trim was poor as there was no cut throat on offer and it was not sharpened up around the cheeks or neck. My beard looked the same as when I walked in and I had to do it myself when I returned home.
