My local hairdressers closed down and I was nervous about trying somewhere new but gave M3 a go based on previous reviews. I have really thick hair that takes on a life of its own with the slightest humidity in the air, so need a good cut.
Jasmine was attentive, really listened to what wanted and consulted me about what she was doing and why. She was friendly and puit me at ease. I'm confident I have found a hairdresser I will go back to time and time again.
