The staff were great and lovely. I like my hair too! Only issue was the lady said she would Charge me an extra £40 if she had to use two solutions. But only used and charged me £20 at the end. I waited whilst other people were served the appointment was meant to be 3 hours and I ended up being 4 hours and I was still charged. I think if you’re going to charge customers extra that should be mentioned on your T and Cs before someone books an appointment. Thanks Sahba

I chose this place as it was really well reviewed and with regards to the new measures it was great. All the staff are wearing masks, there is screens and they are sanitising the chairs after each appointment. However I was disappointed with the cut. Unusually for me I was very clear about what I wanted and although the stylist Steven seemed really knowledgable I just felt like he didn't really listen to me. I didn't get the cut I wanted and the way he styled it was way over the top. Won't be back
