Lauren was lovely, I was running late and called ahead to let her know and she adjusted her schedule to still accommodate me. we had a good conversation about what I wanted, and the result looked really good and the blow dry lasted a good few days.

Easy to talk and explain what you wanted and they were more then happy to answer any questions and give suggestions and what they think best as a professional.
