The haircut was fine and desperately needed.
Like most of the population, I expect, I am utterly fed up having to complete a questionnaire after everything I do and even more fed up not only having to "tick" a load of boxes or give marks or stars as if everything is a primary school, but then repeat it all in words. Frankly it puts me off Treatwell and does not encourage me to use them and is a waste of time. Please stop this nonsense

Just had my Hollywood wax done after the lockdown, it’s been a while since the last one and I really needed it. Ivana was absolutely amazing. She is perfectionist and real professionalist. The wax was painless, there wasn’t even 1 hair left at the end of it, and it was done in 15 mins. Ivana was very friendly and chatty and made the overall experience pleasant.

It was my first haircut in the UK, so I was a little bit anxious about it as I was going back to short. Sarah was so kind, friendly and together we discussed about how I'd like my hair to be done. I saw her a picture of how I used to have them two years ago and god she executed with such accuracy! I'm so pleased with the result and the overall experience. The hair salon was also so tidy, clean with a great Christmas atmosphere and decoration!
