Extremely disappointed by the entire experience and haircut. Instead of the 1 hour booking which I reserved on Treatwell, I got a rushed 25min wash & cut, left with my hair mostly wet because Sarah was rushing to do another client and she said I was done, kindly giving my jacket to walk me out. Not happy with the haircut nor the service, also one of the members of staff wasn't wearing a mask. Highly disappointing.
