This was a terrible experience and I’d really like my money back. I didn’t even have the full treatment. The lady was 30-40 mins late and I was running on a tight schedule. She didn’t pull my skin when taking the strips off and could not see which direction my hair was going in. I was left hurt and at one point she told me I should exercise my arms more when she wasn’t pulling my skin as that was why it was hurting. So incredibly disappointed and I was hoping it would be good because it was local to me.
