From start to finish this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail shop. Somebody clearly untrained ground my nails down to paper level and then put gel straight on instead of biab. Pedicure was in an uncovered tub using an already very used nail file (illegal). I have been left with multiple cuts to my cuticles, heavily damaged nails and toenails I could have done better myself.
