Bad treatment from a staff member (the manager) after I complained my haircut was not near to the haircut I requested (and previously showed on a photo). I have been told this is what I get and I then requested for another colleague that could try to make something with my hair, even willing to pay the full price. I have been told that no other colleagues would do anything else and if I wanted to fix my hair I need to go to another Salon. No other colleagues could say anything since he was the person in charge.
