The tinting and lift went well but didn't get as nice results as I've had previously in other salons. Also kept staining the pillow cover for weeks afterwards - not sure whether it was the eyebrows or the eyelashes but not ideal.

The colour on my hair was too dark. Much darker than the colour I had at the time. The colour I was given is black. I was told that the stylist could not make my hair lighter but could keep it the same colour and cover my grey hair at the same time. My hair ended up being much darker than it was before the colour. I thought after a couple of washes my hair colour will become lighter but it is still black. Also I feel my hair was cut too short and there was too much thinning out of my hair.
