Overall I had a good experience. The room was clean and the service was good (she was very experienced with waxing).
Chetna was really lovely and did a fantastic job with my shellac. I was so pleased with the result. Only issue is that after 5 days it started peeling off, I called the salon but sadly there wasn't much they could do to help, so I'll just have to remove it by myself at home. It's a shame because the result was so pretty - I guess my nails were too oily at the start of the manicure?
Regardless Chetna was very caring & lovely and I had a great experience.
They were so helpful and listened exactly to what I wanted. My hair looks so much better.
Such a great experience! Vince is amazing and I got exactly how I wanted my hair to look. Can’t recommend enough
