Had a really painful shoulder from constant computer work and thhe massage relieved it quite a lot. Felt a bit bruised the next couple of days but movement is freer. Hopefully another couple of treatments will make even more of a difference.

Megan listens to what your issues are and provides a massage that deals with the problem. I tore a calf muscle in a class and had a massage to deal with it, Meg constantly checked that I was comfortable and talked through what she was doing and why. I would definitely recommend her.
