I had a perm at m and arc with carlo. The initial conversation put me straight at ease. After my perm the next day it hadn't taken very well but Carlo was amazing and got me back to the salon to have a look. I had 4 deep conditioning treatments a a hair cut and now my perm looks and feels amazing. I will definitely be back for another perm when needed.
