Thank you once again to Carlo for giving me exactly the cut I requested and who took care to review how the previous cut had held up. After I made an error by arriving too early for my appointment, his professionalism came to the fore by sorting it all out without making me feel bad. Jamie provided a super wash and condition/massage while dealing with my mobility issues sympathetically and helpfully. The whole experience has been very much appreciated. Thank you both.

At the start of my appointment, Carlo took the time to listen to me, he was gentle when brushing out the tangles in my curly hair and was very careful and precise when cutting my hair. He did an excellent job and I will definitely be returning.
