Lucy was welcoming, listened to my request and we were able to discuss the process to achieve this. Lucy was very thorough, which was great as my hair was for a wedding later in the day. She styled how I asked and I was really pleased with the outcome.

I booked my appointment on line for 9am .On arrival I got there for 8.55 the place wasn't open . Then the key holder arrived,didn't apologise for being late (in my experience I always arrive early to be polite) she then went over to the computer and said had I booked ,I felt like I was an inconvenience! Lucy didn't know what bookings she had so wasn't to blame . As it was my first time there I wasn't impressed. The key holder didn't communicate with me at all . I just felt awkward .
