The massage was fine, but I won’t return. I asked to wait inside for 3-4 minutes until my husband arrived in 30°C heat. Marianna said her next client was arriving in a minute, then forced me out exactly when they appeared. When I asked if there was a waiting area, she simply said no and ushered me out, I never asked for a treatment room; I would have been happy standing by the door, yet she offered no such accommodation. Basic customer service requires empathy, which was entirely missing here.
