First time getting BIAB extensions, happy with the end result - a few tiny bubbles in one nail, but not enough to want to go back and get it redone. Being first time I didn't know what the process was, so better communication would have helped me to understand what was going on. I found that the curing process for this was more intense (a rather hot sensation when under the UV lamps) compared to regular gel polishes I've had in the past elsewhere. Not sure whether due to BIAB or their UV lamps

I feel bad writing a terrible review but I feel that I have to. My BIAB looks pretty and looks like it’s been done to a high standard by an expert. BUT, the moment the technician put the individual UV light on my nail, it was burning. I don’t mean a hot or tingle feeling, but actually burning up. So I told her. But, she refused to accept this and told me repeatedly it’s “normal” to BURN! I had it done at the same salon last time and it did not burn at all, and should never burn.
