Cuticle removal was quite harsh and my fingers bled quite badly, the technician ignored this and didn’t try to clean my nail or ask if it hurt. I feel that their pricing is quite misleading. I asked for how much it would be to get coloured French tips and there was a lot of umming and awing about the price between the other technicians despite the board clearly stating the price was £17. The technician then told me this would be an extra £25 on top of the already £45 which I had prepaid.
