Lovely venue I always like going into little minx as it is really quaint and pretty. The staff are friendly and know what they are doing. Will keep going here for my nails for sure.

The beautician was late for my appointment with no apology.
The wax left be bruised and bleeding where the beautician did not stretch my skin and asked me to do it all- was also charged £5 extra at the salon for extra hair removal. This should have been made clear from the start.

Then venue is clean and nice, ambience is nice!
Unfortunately because I was 15 mins late ( I phoned ne to warn them) my treatment was cut short. I found the lady extremely heavy handed, instead of asking me to move my foot in certain positions she did it for me with a very heavy hand. and didn't do a good job, my feet hurt for a few days after the treatment! Will sadly not be doing back to this venue. But I think that this is a one off experience.
