Arrived, 2 ladies on the desk dealing with a telephone booking. Waited in the doorway until both were finished. Told them I had a Treatwell appointment and they said they had nothing available and the system wasn't working. Incredible unhelpful and rude. Couldn't be bothered to push them to tell them to make it work and left.

Booked after reading all the great reviews on here and was disappointed. The salon is tired looking with dirty treatment tables, though the manicure I had was fine. Very no frills and probably won't go back
