They were 20 mins late for my appointment despite them calling up to rearrange an hour before. Ambience isn't great but facial is ok - not sure id go again

amateurish. the room was dirty and unwelcoming. the staff member who did the wax was either inexperienced or in a rush. it was painful, the technique was wrong, and I was left with bits of wax on my skin. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
