Inhad a brazilian wax, the professional was very nice and she made me feel very comfortable; she did her best to distract me and forget about the pain! i will definitely come back

The staff were nice but unfortunately I didn't enjoy the pedicure as a whole. The seat was quite uncomfortable and I had to put my legs at right-angles which was also uncomfortable. There wasn't a proper foot spa and the treatment was actually quite painful and the lady (who was very nice) had to re-do all the varnish as it came out wrinkled the first time round. Overall it just wasn't a very relaxing or enjoyable experience. However, good value for money and some of the staff clearly are good at the job.

Arrived, 2 ladies on the desk dealing with a telephone booking. Waited in the doorway until both were finished. Told them I had a Treatwell appointment and they said they had nothing available and the system wasn't working. Incredible unhelpful and rude. Couldn't be bothered to push them to tell them to make it work and left.
